Our
wedding photography philosophy is perhaps slightly different from some. With
an event management, as well as photographic background, we have always
approached weddings with an eye to making the photography flow quickly
and
seamlessly into your very busy ‘Big Day’. Having
also got married, ourselves, in 2008, we know first-hand how stressful,
expensive…and exciting (!) this time is for the Bride and Groom, and
their
families. As such, we offer simplicity,
good communication and photos you can be proud of for the rest of your
lives. We
know the first question (after ‘are you available on…’) most couples
want
answered is ‘how much will it cost?’. For
us, the simple answer is ‘what you can afford’. Good
communication is, therefore, a priority for us – we are taking the
photos for
you, so what you want really matters. We
put considerable effort into making sure we all have a shared
expectation of
what is going to happen on the day and what is realistically achievable. We
will draw up a proposal based on our initial face-to-face discussions
with you. This can include what type of
photos you
want, how many different shots, how many people you want formally
photographed,
how long we would be there for, travel and how you would like the final
results
(ie digital images and/or prints). Once
you have had a chance to discuss the proposal, we can then chat with
you how we
can adapt it further to meet your needs. This
usually includes adding, changing or removing some of
the options, usually
to either change the price or better fit the timeline of the big day. Communication
with others around you is also important to us, as on the big day we
will not
be working in isolation. We will also be
working with your ushers, MC and other experts, from the wedding
celebrant to
your reception event team. We
are also here to help you make this day as special as possible. Know exactly what you want?
Then tell as and we will deliver. Have
no idea what poses you want? Then let us
show you some ideas and talk you
through some possibilities. We
hope you enjoy looking through our wedding galleries – and please
remember,
too, that these photos reflect the individual personalities, dreams and
expectations of each couple. Your photos
would reflect you. Good
luck with all your planning and we look forward to the opportunity to
discuss
how we could play a part in making your big day something to proudly
remember. Congratulations,
