The
Total Solar Eclipse of 29th March 2006
I
went all the way to Aksaray in the middle of Turkey to see the
eclipse and got clear skies from start to end. Shame that I could
have saved myself 800 miles driving by going to the Mediterranean
Coast - but the forecast was best for the middle of the country
and definitely no regrets about my choice of location as you'll
see below.
